TB/T2075.14-2010铁路接触网弹簧补偿器,规定了弹簧补偿器的材料检验,张力偏差试验,耐拉伸荷重试验,破坏荷重试验,稳定性试验。弹簧补偿器张力偏差≤±5%。弹簧补偿器耐拉伸荷重,最大工作荷重的1.5倍,保持5min;HRJ Spring Tester;弹簧补偿器破坏荷重不小于最大工作荷重的3倍。弹簧补偿器稳定性试验,检验全程伸缩20000次后的张力偏差、破坏荷重、拉杆最大磨损深度。稳定试验中弹簧在工作行程范围内的全程往复次数20000次,补偿器所承受的张力为最大工作荷重。
弹簧补偿器主要规格有KTB3-D,KTB6-D,KTB9-D,KTB4-S,KTB6-S,KTB10-S。弹簧补偿器额定张力范围1~3kN,3~6kN,6~9kN,2~4kN,4~6kN,8~10kN。HRJ Spring Tester;弹簧补偿器最大工作荷重为额定张力范围内的最大张力的1.1倍。弹簧补偿器耐拉伸荷重,弹簧补偿器在1.5倍最大工作荷重的作用下,保持荷载5min后,拉杆能正常伸缩,各部位均无变形及卡滞现象。弹簧补偿器的破坏荷重不小于最大工作荷重的3倍,弹簧补偿器拉杆破断力不小于70kN。Jn-syj.com;弹簧补偿器在拉伸标尺的任一特定测点测得的张力偏差不应超过该测点标定数值的±5%。稳定性试验后,弹簧补偿器在张力偏差试验中测得的最大负偏差允许比稳定性试验前的实测值下降≤2%;弹簧补偿器的破坏荷重与规定值相比下降≤3%;拉杆的测定点最大磨损深度≤0.5mm。接触悬挂用弹簧补偿装置;软横跨弹簧补偿器试验;弹簧补偿器张力稳定性试验;电气化铁路接触网零部件试验;HRJ Spring Tester;城市轨道交通架空接触网零部件检验;铁路机车车辆弹簧试验机;转向器弹簧试验机;弹簧疲劳试验机;弹簧冲击试验机;弹簧模拟试验机;弹簧速压试验机;弹簧速拉试验机;弹簧速扭试验机;弹簧动刚度疲劳试验机;橡胶弹簧刚度试验机;
